Holiday Home: swimming pool & roof terrace Holiday home is situated in a top new building on the edge of Corallejo´s historical center. The property is in a lively area with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and typical shops. The city center is 2 minutes walking distance. In 5 minutes you can reach two beaches and the marina/port. Enjoy a breathtaking Lobos island view from the swimming pool-equipped roof terrace & the balcony. You will love this place in all its aspects. Everything is at your reach.
Beside the perfect central location, the apartment presents a big balcony when you can have a morning breakfast, a meal or where you can just simply relax and maybe reading a book. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs. The 400sqm roof terrace offers an amazing view on Lanzarote and Lobos islands. The swimming pool can be used any time during the day and the night (be quiet at night please). If you are renting a car you can easily find a free parking spot around the building and a big free parking area is just on the other side of the main road.
A 2 bedroom apartment with a big kitchen / living room with sofa bed, 1 bathroom and a big balcony. Swimming pool is situated on the roof terrace. The apartment is fully equipped with high-speed WiFi, flat screen TV, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Italian coffee machine, laundry machine, hair drier, iron and iron board, bed sheets, terry/towels, duvets (up to 6 guests). Sleeping arrangements: master bedroom (1 double bed), second bedroom (2 single beds), living room (sofa bed for 2 people). A free parking area is just in front of the building and the bus terminal less than 1 minute walking. The flat has been just refurbished with brand new beds and sofa. We love what we are doing and we put loads of efforts to keep the flat clean and fresh for every guest. We often renew and upgrade the interior and equipment to match the high quality demands.
House is on one of the most exclusive and well looked after building in Corallejo. Neighbors are mostly workers and families which are rarely home, so there is a quiet vibe. The swimming pool and the roof terrace are empty most of the time, creating the best spot to have some sunshine in complete privacy and with a spectacular view. Around the apartment there is everything you need: few super-markets, fruit shops, bakeries, coffee shops, patisserie, typical restaurants, etc... The main street and main square are literally within 3 minutes walking distance. All of the most famous restaurants and bars are in this area. If you are looking to do some sport like surfing, few schools are in the marina area, just 5 minute down to the main road. If you like to relax on sandy beaches, the most attractive destinations are The Dunas. Those are sandy long beaches considered the ultimate destination for all tourists and surfers. From Corralejo you can reach loads of other destinations. By boat you can reach Lanzarote or the Lobos Islands. By car you can have a fun trip to El Cotillo or to Costa Calma / Caletta De Fuste or a bit more south to Morro Jable. The inside of the islands is very beautiful, I recommend to visit it and maybe stop at one of the Aloe Vera factories. If you like to do some shopping the best city is Puerto Del Rosario.
