Located at the foot of Kaiserburg Castle, our house offers stunning views of the 18-hole golf course and the "Sportarena". It is therefore the perfect starting point for long walks across lush pastures and through dense woods.
We are only a 10-minute walk from the Römerbad spa and the shopping mile.

Thanks to its favorable location our house makes a fine base for romantic winter walks.
We are only a 10-minute walk from the Römerbad spa (1km) and the shopping mile (supermarkets, fashion, sports, beauty & cosmetics, baker's shop, ....).
