Magnificent views is an apt description of our new villa on Lake Garda.
In 2020/21 we built this villa, which is equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning and top furnishings, above Cassone - Malcesine.
From every room - room - bathroom, as well as from the entire property, you have an indescribable view of Lake Garda from north to south and the surrounding mountains.
Ideal place where you can relax with your loved ones and dog and have an ideal starting point for hikes.
You can park your car on our private property with charging station for electric cars, which is located at the driveway to the villa.
With a small off-road vehicle, which is at your disposal after arrival and included in the rental price, you can reach the house in a few minutes via a steep, narrow road of approx. 550 metres.
If you do not wish to travel with your own vehicle, we will pick you up from a nearby airport or train station and bring you to and from the property.
If you wish to make use of this service, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can advise you of the cost of this service.
From our private car park, which is close to the village, you can reach the lake beach and the village centre, where there are three pizzerias/restaurants and a top restaurant, in about 5 minutes.
Enjoy our new domicile which hopefully leaves nothing to be desired.

Ground floor: Terrace with canopy and shading. Sitting area, dining table with chairs. Garden loungers. An external staircase leads to the terrace on the upper floor where there is a hot water shower. There are further sun loungers and parasols and a garden area behind the house

The house can be booked at any time of the year.

From the house you can take walks through the olive groves to Lake Garda and the surrounding villages of Brenzone - Malcesine

    “The home is incredibly beautiful, spotlessly clean, with what has to be the best view of the lake. We enjoyed our stay and loved hiking up the path above the house. However - my fault for not speaking Italian or German - don't make the mistake we made and attempt to drive your car up to the house! That detail got lost in translation and we badly damaged our rental car - again, my fault! The hill is very challenging, not ideal for quick visits into town with a family, but the 4x4 was very appreciated and we quickly got used to the trip. The owner and property manager were very accommodating and responsive, and I would highly recommend the home as long as you are up for the adventuresome access.”

    “Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Auch wegen dem Eigentümer. Sehr netter Mensch;-) Positiv: Es war einfach nur traumhaft! Wir haben das Konzept des Eigentümers in vollen Zügen genossen. Unsere Hunde liebten es;-)

    “Generell:
    Ein unglaublich schöner und entspannter Urlaub. Ein sehr netter Vermieter, der dieses Objekt mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut hat.
    Er war jederzeit für uns erreichbar, falls wir Fragen hatten oder einen Tipp brauchten.

    Auto:
    Wir haben uns gefragt, ob wir das Auto (was mit der Buchung vom Haus zur Verfügung gestellt wird) wirklich brauchen.
    Wenn ihr euch diese Frage auch stellt – JA. Ihr werdet es brauchen. Ein normaler SUV ist zu breit und die Steigung ist sehr steil.
    Der Vermieter hat uns abgeholt und direkt gezeigt, wie wir mit dem Auto gut den Weg hoch kommen.
    Nach einer Woche dort lief es dann schon sehr routiniert. ;)

    Lage:
    Je höher ein Objekt liegt - umso schöner die Aussicht. Das trifft es bei diesem tollen Haus auf jeden Fall.
    Die Aussicht ist einfach unglaublich – perfekt zum Entspannen und genießen.
    Wahnsinnig ruhig – keine direkten Nachbarn. Nicht einsehbar.
    Der nächste größere Supermarkt ist in Malcesine. Er hat durchgehend geöffnet und ist mit dem Jimmy (Auto das zum Haus gehört) in ca. 10 /15 Minuten – je nach Verkehr – zu erreichen.

    Sicher waren wir auch ein paar Mal im Ort - aber die meiste Zeit haben wir einfach das Haus, die Aussicht und die Ruhe genossen.

    Zustand / Ausstattung:
    Das Haus ist noch sehr neu und mit hochwertigen Materialen ausgestattet.
    Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Inkl. ein wenig Olivenöl aus der eigenen Produktion von unserem super netten Vermieter.

    Sauberkeit:
    Es war alles perfekt.

    Preis:
    Auch wenn es im ersten Moment sicher nicht das günstigste Objekt ist – für uns hat es sich gelohnt ! Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder !”

    “Perfekter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus in toller Lage. Sehr empfehlenswert! Positiv: Ein architektonisch erstklassiges, sehr stilvolles Ferienhaus mit moderner Einrichtung, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wunderschön am Hang gelegen kann man seine Urlaubstage in Ruhe genießen. Trotz der Hanglage sind See und Restaurants schnell zu erreichen. Sehr netter Hauseigentümer, der sich viel Zeit nimmt, die Vorzüge des Hauses zu erklären.”

    “Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und bietet einem atemberaubenden Blick.Wir konnten hier abseits des Getümmels am Gardasee die Seele baumeln lassen und waren bei Bedarf trotzdem schnell in Restaurands oder am Strand.
    Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden vom Hausbesitzer sehr nett betreut. Danke!”
