We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.
The apartment building with multiple units is located at the end of the Kaiserallee. The apartment is on the 1st floor, no. 42, lift no. 6.
The newly renovated apartment with seasonal sea view is beautifully located close to the Baltic Sea next to a large green lawn. You can just relax in an elegant sofa, two armchairs, TV, two comfortable foldaway beds each 0,90 x 2,00m with open foot, big wardrobe, open kitchen, fully equiped, counter with two bar stools, baking oven, dish washer, big refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee machine,electric water kettle. A sea facing balcony towards middays and afternoon sun, with table and two chairs. Bathroom with well sized, walk-in shower (low entrance), WC, washing basin, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, towel radiator. Outside blinds to darken the room. Beach, bakery and golf course are only 5 minutes away, the city centre about 12 minutes.

Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are inclusive. No parking place, but parking is possible at the street Strandredder for free. Non-smoking apartment. Pets allowed for € 15.00 per night. Free WIFI (acces code is in the apartment). No covered bicycle storage place in front of the building.
Final cleaning is inclusive with a stay of 7 days and more, with a short stay the final cleaning will be charged once € 70.00. It is already included in the offer/booking.
We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.
Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!
Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
