Well equiped open fitted kitchen with refrigerator, induction stove, dish washer, baking oven, coffee maschine, toaster, electric water kettle. Couch with table, dining table with 4 chairs. Well sized bedroom with double bed (180cm x 200cm- 2 mattresses), wardrobe, TV, window with darkening blinds. Smaller bedroom with double bed (160cm x 200cm- 1 mattress), wardrobe, TV , window with darkening blinds. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC. Second one with bathtube and integrated shower, washbasin , WC. TV, storage room, high chair, washing machine and dryer, Iron and ironing board.

Pets are not allowed. Non smoking apartment. Free WiFi (access code is in the information folder in the apartment). Parking place for bicycles is in the underground parking garage (not lockable) or directly in front of the house, where you can lock the bicycles.

The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.
