Within a 10-minute drive you are in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz and can enjoy the many restaurants and sports activities. All the rooms of the house are on one floor, there is a large luxurious living room with leather sofa and 'chill out' lounge sofa where you can enjoy the view through the open window to the sea. It is fantastically quiet, so you can hear the sound of the sea. The large terrace with dream views offers a barbecue and sun loungers. You can enjoy dreamlike sunsets on the terrace with a glass of wine. Internet is available free of charge via WLAN.The house has a luxury kitchen with a large American fridge / freezer with ice maker. There is also a dishwasher and an exclusive cooker with ceramic hob. The house has a spacious bedroom and 2 bathrooms + two guest WC's. Both bathrooms have a comfortable shower with a modern glass shower enclosure. One of the bathrooms is 'ensuite' from the bedroom. There is also a washing machine and the windows have mosquito screens. For the cold days there is a fireplace and heating with gas stove. The natural stone walls provide a pleasant living ambience.
