Here you can get together with your extended family and put your feet up after an active holiday or warm up in the sauna. In summer, Trysil is a paradise for outdoor activities. From here you can cycle directly into the beautiful countryside, either in the mountains or on various cycle paths in the area. Trysil also has several beautiful cycling arenas, such as Gullia and Magic Moose. The cycling opportunities are constantly being expanded. If you prefer hiking, the Trysilfjellet and Fulufjell National Parks offer good opportunities. If you are interested in fishing, Trysilelva is worth a detour. You can also go canoeing or rafting here. If you want to play golf on holiday, Trysil has a great golf course with an 18-hole golf course, practice facilities and mini golf. There is also a high ropes course among the treetops.
Trysil is also a popular winter destination. Here it's ski in ski out, as both the cross-country ski trails and the alpine resort are right on the doorstep. There are plenty of skiing opportunities, not only in Trysilfjellet, but also elsewhere in the municipality. In both western and eastern Trysil there are several opportunities for snowmobiling for those who wish to do so. Have fun!
