The rural holiday home "Arhu" offers a relaxing holiday in the middle of nature and yet within easy reach of several beautiful sandy beaches. It is a holiday home from Fincallorca. A wonderful outdoor area awaits you with an easily accessible pool, a brick-built and a mobile barbecue as well as cosy dining areas under the covered terrace. Sun loungers, parasols and daybeds are available there. There is a lovely lounge area slightly away from the house. This is a wonderful place to linger into the starry night, chat in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy a good wine or two. Pleasant pool lighting makes swimming on warm summer nights an unforgettable experience. The property is surrounded by half-height bushes and Mediterranean trees, offering plenty of privacy. The ground-floor interior is kept simple and offers plenty of space for up to 8 guests on 300 m2 of living space. The covered terrace leads directly into the living room with kitchenette and dining area. The room has high ceilings and exposed wooden beams; the dominant colours are white and brown. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. "Arhu" has a total of four bedrooms, each of which can sleep two people. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. The rooms can be completely darkened at siesta time thanks to shutters. The finca is located in the east of Mallorca, 1.6 km south-west of Capdepera. The sandy beaches of Cala Agulla and Cala Ratjada can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Capdepera offers good shopping facilities. In the coastal holiday resort of Cala Ratjada you will find restaurants and a colourful nightlife during the summer season.
