The terraces of the Can Terrasa farmhouse extend in different directions and are characterised by natural stone and Mediterranean trees, which create a peaceful atmosphere. This is a holiday home from Fincallorca. You will find cosy seating areas in front of and behind the house and there are plenty of sun loungers by the pool for all sun-seekers, as well as a practical outdoor shower for a refreshing dip. From the terrace overlooking the pool, several floor-to-ceiling windows lead directly into the spacious dining and living areas. The cosy ambience with pastel-coloured walls, lots of wood, stylish furniture and colourful accents make this single-storey house a real eye-catcher. This charming holiday home in Mallorca is located in a rural and quiet triangle with the towns of Capdepera (approx. 4 km) and Canyamel (approx. 6 km). Capdepera is great for shopping, especially on Wednesdays when it is market day. You should not miss a visit to Artà, which, like Capdepera, has retained its original character and is only 10 minutes away by car. Inviting beaches can also be reached quickly by hire car.
