At the beach, there is a wood-heated lakeside sauna, which includes a separate living room (with sofas and a fireplace) and a terrace with a hot tub. The private sandy beach is shallow at the shore but deepens quickly. Private pier and a rowing boat.

The villa has a WC on both the ground and upper floors. Electric sauna and washroom with two showers. The lakeside sauna has a third shower.
An outdoor hot tub is available for rent. The hot tub rental period must match the rental period of the villa.
