Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and dry sauna.On the first floor you will find an open, light-flooded living and dining area with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a TV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times. In the outdoor area there are seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a charcoal grill. There is also a free parking space and a lockable bicycle shed with e-bike charging options in the immediate vicinity of the house.
