Holiday rentals in a quiet location with private arbour

These two holiday apartments and three holiday houses are located in Loro Ciuffenna between Florence and Arezzo. It is a complex of country houses made of stone, which are situated on a hilltop. They offer amazing views over the Tuscan countryside, which ranges from the Valle dell'Arno to the hills of the Chianti region.

On the outside area of the property, you will find a large garden and a swimming pool (6x12) for communal use.

The holiday rentals are in a quiet location and ideal for a relaxing vacation. Yet, you also have shopping facilities, a bank, a post office, the train station, restaurants in the vicinity, only a few minutes by car from the property. To satisfy your fashion shopping needs, why not head to Prada (in Montevarchi, Levanella), the outlet malls in Incisa and Valdichiana as well as other shops in Casentino (Stia). You can get to the golf court Ugolino in Florence and the Equestrian Center in Arezzo within a thirty minute drive. There are many horse stables in the vicinity, as well. There are also some hiking trails from Valdarno to Pratomagno. Or take a trip to the cities of Florence (35 km), Siena (40 km) and Arezzo (20 km).

For sports enthusiasts there are nearby riding stables, golf courses, tennis courts and for more relaxing activities the thermal baths of Rapolano and walks in the cool woods of nearby Casentino. For those interested in country life, it is possible to attend the olive harvest in autumn and return home with products of absolute excellence. From a taste for tradition to an all-Italian taste for fashion: numerous outlets in the surrounding area and direct sales from the Prada factory 15 km away.

    “Eine schöne, gepflegte Anlage auf einem toskanischen Hügel, mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Zufahrt auf einer ca. 2 km langen nicht asphaltierten, engen Straße mit einigen Bodenwellen. Das Haus für zwei Personen scheint kleiner als die angegebenen 40 m², die Küche (2 Herdplatten, Kühlschrank) ist im Untergeschoss und recht dunkel durch die kleinen Fenster. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, und verfügt nicht über ein Handwaschbecken. Die Dusche ist unter der Treppen eingezwängt (bis ca. 175 cm kann man noch aufrecht stehen, danach nicht mehr), verfügt nicht über eine Vorhang/Abtrennung, somit setzt man den gesamten Raum jedes mal unter Wasser. Wenig Stauraum, lediglich zwei deutsche Fernsehkanäle.
