It is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac in a residential area – not on a holiday house estate – in Norden on the border with Norddeich.
The holiday house was completed in April 2012 and has a site of around 600m². The house features a generous garden with a sunny terrace. Garden furniture and a grill are provided. The garden has plenty of space, along with a swing and a sandpit.
The owner would like to offer other families with children the opportunity to spend a lovely holiday in cosy and comfortable surroundings, perhaps also with the grandparents. Therefore the semi-detached house of around 115m² provides ample space for up to eight people in four bedrooms and with an interior that allows you to withdraw even during the daytime, for example on a rainy day. The living room provides plenty of space for the whole family and the kitchen is generously and conveniently equipped. Special attention is paid to children, as experience has shown that if the kids are happy and relaxed, then the parents can also have a real holiday. The children’s rooms are therefore cheerfully decorated and furnished, with a children’s table and chairs, a selection of games, books, drawing items etc. The ground floor has an entrance area with a wardrobe, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a big living room and a sunny south-facing terrace with access to the garden. The first floor comprises three bedrooms, of which one has a double bed and two have twin beds, as well as a spacious and light second bathroom. A cot is available. The big, cosy attic has a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a sitting corner. Take a look at the photos. The owner has furnished the house very personally and cosily. The whole ground floor and the upper floor are laid with floor tiles and there is under-floor heating on the ground floor. The attic is laid with laminate. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers, with wipeable floors throughout the house and antiallergenic bed linen.
It is a few minutes to the harbour or the beach and a ten-minute bike ride to the town centre of Norden with its cultural amenities.
