On the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula, on the verge of Cepicko Polje, the small village Zankovci with this lovely holiday home is situated. The house consists of two accommodation units, each in direct proximity of the other and therefore it is ideal for two smaller families, who wish to spend holiday together and at the same time maintain their privacy. The units are comfortably furnished in rustic style and have standard room layouts. Each house has a living part combined with kitchen and dining space on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. On the spacious, fenced plot, which is suitable for child play, at guests’ disposal there is a large swimming pool and covered summer kitchen with a barbeque. There you can prepare delicious meals and taste them with a glass of good local wine, while enjoying the beautiful view on the picturesque mountain hills of Ucka and the valley of Cepicko Polje. All the lovers of active rest will be delighted with various possibilities of biking, hiking in nature, swimming and diving on the eastern coast of Istria, which is proud of its clean sea and beautiful beaches. On the neighbouring Brgud in the National Park Ucka, there is one of the numerous starting points for paragliders. Make sure to visit the historical town on a hill – Labin, which during the summer hosts plenty of interesting cultural events. Labin is also known as the town of artists as it offers its visitors numerous galleries and museums. Relax in the peaceful, idyllic environment, while in the evenings you can visit the nearby Opatija – famous tourist destination with many restaurants, bars and casinos. Water is supplied to the property by water cistern.

    “Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll saniert und von guter Qualität. Es hat nichts das Urlaubsvergbügen gestört.. Durch die beiden getrennten Bereiche eignet es sich hervorragend für einen Urlaub von zwei Familien. Das Grundstück ist abends traumhaft illuminiert. Man ist sehr ungestört. Wer Trubel sucht ist falsch! Man hat eine schöne Fernsicht. Bis zur Küste sind es ca 12 km.”

    “Das Anwesen liegt abseits von jedem Trubel auf einem Hügel mit fantastischer Aussicht. Die beiden Häuser sind sehr professionell und hochwertig restauriert und machen einen exklusiven Gesamteindruck.
    Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort (jede Familie in einem Haus) und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wer Ruhe sucht und mal wirklich weg will vom "Alltagstrubel" ist hier genau richtig. Für uns war es der entspannendste Urlaub seit Jahren!
    Das Domizil liegt ca. 5 Km abseits einer Hauptstraße auf einem Hügel mitten in der Natur. Man kann sich auf dem recht großen Anwesen frei bewegen ohne das man irgend jemanden stört.
    Durch den sehr gepflegten Pool und die schöne Grillhütte hat es uns eher selten gedrängt das Anwesen zu verlassen. Durch die Hügellage wehte auch immer ein mehr oder weniger starker Wind der die Hitze in eine angenehme Wärme wandelte.”
