Holiday house within an extensive garden and pool

The house is in Obrs over Moscenicka Draga in the Učka nature reserve, 350 metres above sea level.

You can enjoy a wonderful view from the 10m² terrace of the Kvarner gulf, the islands of Krk and Cres and the town of Rijeka. The garden measures 500m². The balcony on the upper floor affords a wonderful view over the sea. The courtyard also has a fruit and vegetable garden and there are shady spots too. A parking space is available in the shade. The Highlight is the pool with 60 m².

The detached holiday house can accommodate up to six people and is on two floors. The ground floor provides around 50m² of living space and consists of a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, a DVD player and a sofa bed for two people. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven and fridge, and a microwave, a coffee machine and a toaster can be provided on request. There is a dining space with a table and chairs. The bathroom has a bath. The first floor with around 45m² of living space consists of three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and a balcony, the second a double bed, and the third a single bed or a double bed for children. Air conditioning and free wireless Internet access are available. A cot can be provided on request. There is a washing machine in the utility room.

Owing to the secluded location, everyday amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, Internet café, hospital and the centre are more than a kilometre away.

The owners do not live on site. The house is not suitable for wheelchair users.

    “Der Garten und die Aussicht sind wirklich phantastisch. Die Vermieter sind zudem sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

    Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass ein paar Kleinigkeiten fehlten wie Sonnenschirme, Toaster, Bügeleisen und Staubsauger. Alles andere war aber wirklich top!”

    “Geweldig zwembad, wordt regelmatig schoon gehouden. Geen chloordampen maar schoon water. Fijne buitenruimte met veel schaduw. Auto overdekt. Fantastisch uitzicht, maar een nadeel hiervan is de stijle smalle weg ernaar toe. Huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook vaatwasser, wasmachine, airco. Vriendelijke gastvrouw”

    “Ein geheimer Tipp!!!
    Wir waren 14 Tage in dem idyllischen Haus mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht und mit viel Liebe gepflegtem Außenberreich. Gea die Vermieterin ist ein Traum, sehr sympathisch und kümmert sich rührend. Zweimal die Woche kommt ein Pool Reiniger vorbei, was man auch sieht, denn der Pool ist so gepflegt und ein Highlight war auch das nach einer Woche eine Putzfee vorbei kam alles durchgewischt hat die Betten wurden frisch überzogen und frische Handtücher. Diesen Service habe ich so noch nie erlebt. Auch beim Abschied haben wir von Gea ein Abschiedsgeschenk erhalten selbst gepresstes Olivenöl und Kiwi Likör.”
