Holiday apartment near the beach with a garden and a parking space

The apartment is in a quiet area on the outskirts of the well-known tourist town of Porec 1.5km away.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a spacious holiday apartment for four to six people, then you have come to the right place! The apartment has a living and sleeping room with a sofa bed for two people, two bedrooms with a double bed, and a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need for preparing meals. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Wireless Internet access, air conditioning and satellite TV are available. You can relax and recharge your batteries in a Mediterranean atmosphere and quiet surroundings and enjoy your holiday to the full.

There are free parking spaces right by the house. You can also use the beautiful garden for sunbathing or grill evenings. Sun loungers, a parasol, seating and a grill are provided free of charge. You can also help yourself to the herb garden.

The beaches are about a kilometre from the house. It is just 300 metres to a good and well-priced restaurant, as well as a supermarket. The town of Porec offers a healthy and charming landscape, wonderful hiking trails right by the sea and through the vineyards and olive plantations, many sports options, boat trips, as well as many wine and other festivals throughout the year.
