Holiday house situated by a lake, surrounded by plenty of nature
If you are looking for a place away from hustle and bustle and with many outdoor activities, then this house is the ideal place for relaxation and leisure. The house is at the heart of the Tuchola forest, in the picturesque village Wielonek by the Zalew Koronowski lake, ideal for fishing.
The house, which is reminiscent of an A-framed house due to its steep roof, provides around 150m² of living space. You enter the house into the 50m² living room with a fireplace and digital TV. In front of the fireplace there are two sofas and an armchair for cosy evenings by the fire. Behind the seating group there is a dining table near the window. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space. A bathroom with a shower rounds off this floor. Stairs lead from the living room to the upper floor with the two bedrooms. One is furnished with three single beds (90 x 200cm), the second with a double bed (160 x 200cm). If there are more than five people, two guests can use the sofa bed in the living area. One of the bedrooms opens onto a balcony.
The house also has a garden with a sitting area and a grill. The terrace affords a view of Zalew Koronowski 50 metres away, through the trees. There is a private jetty and a fishing boat can be hired.
There is a stylish bar in the cellar, along with a garage.
It is about two kilometres from the house to a little resort with a bar and a restaurant. It is about 4km to the little rural community Koronowo with three grocery shops, a parish church, a restaurant and a café.
