The holiday apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the old town of Trento. It is on the fourth floor in quiet surroundings.
The living space of 65m² comprises a three-bed room of 26m², with a possible supplementary bed and with its own bathroom. It has a sofa bed (150 x 200cm) and a single bed (80 x 190cm) that can also be converted into a bunk bed. It also has a wardrobe and a dresser for clothes. This room also has a dining table for four people. A TV can be provided free of charge. The kitchen does not have space for a table, but has a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove with four gas rings, an electric oven and a washing machine, for use free of charge. The bathroom provides a bath, bidet, WC and washbasin. A hairdryer is available. There is free wireless Internet access. The apartment has heating.
The entrance is independent. Guests receive the keys directly from the owner. The balcony faces east, on the side where the sun rises. The location is fantastic for enjoying breakfast on the balcony, while the sun is rising between the mountains. It also affords a view of part of the historical centre of the town just a few minutes away.
The apartment has a connecting door to the owner’s apartment next door, but it has its own separate entrance door. You can get to the fourth floor by lift, but even so the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users. There are public, payable parking space available on the street.
The accommodation is just a few minutes’ walk from the historical centre. There is a bus stop 100 metres away, with connections to the train station or into town. In the vicinity, between 500 and 700 metres away, you can find a pizzeria, a supermarket, a kiosk, a hairdresser, a petrol station and many other shops.
