Cosy and modern living on a farm

This comfortable 150m² holiday apartment with a beautiful view of the Giant Mountains is part of a fully renovate farmhouse. It is an exceptional starting point for trips and hikes in the Giant Mountains region. It is in a prominent, but nevertheless very quiet location.

Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, a kitchen and a generous living room with a sofa landscape ensure a unique holiday atmosphere. The living room provides satellite TV and a DVD player. The bedrooms each have a double bed (180 x 200cm or 160 x 200cm) and a comfortably furnished. The fully-equipped kitchen enables self-catering, or alternatively breakfast and regional, fresh ingredients for preparing meals can be provided. The bathrooms are each fitted with a spacious shower.

Outside there is a large, roofed terrace in the shade of nut trees, with a grill and fireplace, including high-quality teak garden furniture. Firewood is provided.

Use of the fitness and wellness area, with a Physiotherm infrared cabin for two people, two heatable relaxation loungers by Physiotherm, an ergometer, a cross trainer and a rowing machine is available as a three-hour package at a supplementary charge. Four parking spaces are available, of which two are under a double carport on the enclosed site. A 16m² storage room can be used for pushchairs, bicycles, skis etc. free of charge. A bread rolls delivery service is available for a fee.

It is about 3km to the nearest larger town – Jelenia Gora, with restaurants, bars, shopping centres, a theatre, a multiplex cinema and a magical, historical old town with enclosed arcades on all four sides of the market – exceptional in Europe. The locality itself has three grocery shops, of which one is self-service and therefore easily accessible for foreign guests and tourists. Jeżów Sudecki is a suburb of Jelenia Gora and therefore an excellent starting point for visiting the attractions of the region. The main attraction are of course the Giant Mountains, a popular holiday and recreational area both in summer and in the winter season. The Jelenia Gora valley is known as the valley of castles and gardens – countless newly restored castles with wonderful parks invite you to enjoy romantic and leisurely hours.

Recommended trip destinations: Boleslawiec – the town of ceramics (ca. 55km away), Wroclaw – the capital of Lower Silesia (ca. 120km away), the miniature park of Lower Silesian sights in Kowary (ca. 25km away). It is about 5km to the nearest outdoor swimming pool, an aquapark with water slides and other attractions (open all year round, about 12km away).
