Holiday home with private pool and panoramic view

Location: This cozy and comfortable holiday home with pool and extensive panoramic views is located on the Costa Brava in Pals on the Urbanización Mas Tomasi, a quiet residential area with numerous single-family homes and holiday homes.It stands on a terraced hillside plot below a very quiet ring road, which is enclosed by fences and walls.Enjoy a relaxing holiday with all the benefits of the Costa Brava in a secluded location.

Furnishing:The cozy and harmoniously coordinated furnishings always convey a homely feeling that you can feel right at home!The holiday home extends over a living space of approx. 75 m² and offers you three bedrooms and a shower room. There is also an apartment of approx. 20 m² directly adjoining the house with one bedroom, ensuite shower room and separate entrance.Two bedrooms have a french bed (140 x 200 cm) and one bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm).The bedroom in the apartment has also a french bed. Bed and shower room equipped.The bedrooms all have free-standing wardrobes or built-in wooden wardrobes for storing your luggage.In the shower room of the main house there is a washing machine in addition to the toilet and a hand wash basin.The heart of the house is the open living and dining area for socializing. There you can relax after a day trip on a comfortable leather sofa set consisting of a three-seater, a two-seater and an armchair, while a crackling fire in the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.For your entertainment you will find a wall-mounted Smart TV with German programs and Airplay, a stereo with Bluetooth function, radio and CD, a Blue-Ray player and fast WiFi with free Internet access.There is also a small German-language selection of books and DVDs for adults and children.The large, solid dining table on the window front with a sweeping view invites up to eight people with enough space for eating together.Adjacent to the living room is a small kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, microwave (with built-in grill and convection oven), dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso Lattissima, kettle and toaster.Directly in front of the kitchen in the outdoor area there is a solid brick outdoor grill.The holiday home is also equipped with infrared natural stone heating and there is only air conditioning with cooling and heating function in the living area.

Outside:There is sufficient furniture and sun loungers with cushions on the property, by the pool and on the terrace. The swimming pool has a size of approx. 7.50 x 3.50 meters and can be reached via a normal outside staircase.From the entire property and from all terraces you have a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside, the sea, the Medes Islands and the Montgri mountain. If the weather is very nice and clear, you can even see the snow-capped Pyrenees.Because the house is on the hillside below the road, there is only a small on-street parking space due to local conditions. This offers space for a mid-size car. However, parking directly on the street above the house is not a problem. There is plenty of space there and parking is safe as the street is pedestrianized and used only by residents.

Particularities:As a special feature, it should be mentioned that several dogs may accompany you free of charge, but please register them when booking.Furthermore, a cot for children up to 36 months and a high chair (6 months to 10 years) are available free of charge.Bed linen and towels should be brought along, but can also be hired for a fee and prior notification.Please note when booking that you are only booking the main house with 3 bedrooms and a shower room at the standard rental price (2-6 people). The apartment with the 4th bedroom and 2nd shower room is only available if you book and pay for 7-8 people.

Surrounding: In the surrounding area, cafés and restaurant owners look forward to your stop at a distance of about two kilometers.Supermarket, bakery, tobacconist and a small grocery store are about one kilometer away.Excursions to the sea and the sandy beach are available after about three kilometers.Horseback riding and golf are available after about three kilometers.

    “De lichtschakelaars waren heel vuil. Heel veel stof aanwezig in de woning. Ook dode insecten (zwarte rupsen) de eigenaar heeft wel een toegeving gedaan naar verwarming toe maar toch nog eens een hoge factuur achteraf mogen betalen door de elektriciteit. Positiv: Heel mooi uitzicht Negativ: We waren de eerste huurders dus het huis was heel koud en was niet netjes.”

    “Es ist korrekt, dass Sie die ersten Mieter waren. Es ist eine Lüge, dass das Haus unordentlich und schmutzig war. Ich habe das Haus persönlich eine Woche vor ihrer Anreise komplett gereinigt. Alles war gewaschen und geputzt. Sogar die Gardinen. Alle Schränke wurden ausgeräumt und ausgewischt. Insekten kommen immer irgendwie ins Haus, das passiert in Spanien und sicher auch bei Ihnen zuhause. Ich habe Ihnen von 7 Tagen 2 Tage Heizung geschenkt. Sie haben jeden Tag alle Elektro Heizungen auf 25 Grad eingestellt. Wegen ihrem Ärger über die von Ihnen verbrauchten Heizkosten das Haus als dreckig zu bewerten, das empfinde ich als unverschämt.”

    “Wir waren die ersten beiden Juni Wochen zu Gast in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Es fehlte uns dort an nichts. Die Lage ist wie schon oft erwähnt einfach traumhaft mit diesem tollen Ausblick und die Umgebung ist ser ruhig. Außerdem gibt es wirklich klasse Restaurants in und um Pals.
    Wir hatten super Wetter und konnten den auf dem Grundstück befindlichen Pool täglich nutzen.
    Zum Strand muss man mit dem Auto fahren. Das Meer war zu dieser Zeit noch recht kühl, aber dafür war am Strand auch sehr wenig los.
    Für unsere beiden Hunden war fußläufig der Pinienwald erreichbar und der Hundestrand ist etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, an diesem war zu der Zeit auch so gut wie niemand, was super schön war.
    Somit können wir das Haus und die Umgebung nur weiterempfehlen, wirklich sehr schön.”

    “Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer traumhaften Lage in Masi Tomasi mit einer herrlichen Aussicht auf die Berge und auf das Meer! In ca. 1 km Entfernung findet man einen Bäcker, einen Supermarkt und einen weiteren Laden mit Zeitschriften, Büchern, etc... Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort!”

    “Wir haben eine tolle und erholsame Urlaubswoche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig auf einer Anhöhe. Nach einem sportlichen Fußweg zum Bäcker begann der Tag mit einem Frühstück auf der Terrasse, denn der Ausblick von dort ist einfach nur traumhaft. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sonnenliegen und Gartenmöbel laden zum faulenzen ein. Der Pool zur Abkühlung war genial. Den Strand erreicht man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Wir haben festgestellt, eine Woche war zu kurz!!! Wir kommen wieder keine Frage...”

    “Wir (2 Familien mit Kindern) haben im April eine sehr schöne Woche in Pals verbracht. Das Haus wird den ganze Tag von der Sonne umwandert und man hat jederzeit die Möglichkeit sich in die Sonne zu legen oder ein schattiges Plätzchen zu finden. Durch die große Fensterfront und von der Terrasse aus hat man eine tollen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es gibt Spiele und DVD's für Kinder und Erwachsene. Besonders toll natürlich der eigene Pool (-: Gerne wieder.”
