The center of Uitgeest is 500 meters away, and the vacation park has an excellent restaurant with terrace, from where you have a beautiful view of the lake. In the immediate vicinity you can make day trips from this vacation home to Amsterdam and the Zaanse Schans, or visit the cheese market in Alkmaar and the Broekerveiling, the world's first auction site in Broek op Langedijk. The North Sea beach in Castricum aan Zee is about 6 km away. The North Holland Dune Reserve is unique and ideal for walking and cycling trips.
