Holiday apartments in a heritage-protected house in the historic centre of Riposto, about 150 metres from the sea


These two holiday apartments are part of a listed house dating back to the second half of the 19th century. The house was carefully restored and is located in the historic centre of Riposto, near the duomo.

The two apartments overlooking the garden are on the ground floor, in one of the wings of the house. The owners live on site, but set apart from the holiday apartments.

In the outdoor area there is a garden for guests of both apartments, with jasmine plants and citrus fruits and a shared pergola – the ideal place for enjoying meals outdoors or the sunshine and the view of Etna.

The house that the two apartments are part of lies at the foot of Etna and is about 150 metres from the beach and about 200 metres from the yacht harbour. It is about 15km to Taormina.

Holiday apartment 1

The approximately 150m² apartment opens straight into the living and dining room. Adjacent to it there is a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, mini oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. It also has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a drying machine.



Parking is available in front of the building and on the street.

    “De tuin is echt waanzinnig mooi. Ruim, lekker om in te zitten en echt om van te genieten. De huiskamer is leuk ingericht en prima om in de avonden (als het buiten eventueel te koud zou zijn) in door te brengen. Je kunt er gezellig en makkelijk met z'n allen zitten. Er zijn genoeg badkamers en de voorzieningen zijn ook prima, maar de douchecabines hadden wat mij betreft iets groter gemogen. Maar een kniesoor die daarom zeurt ;-).
    De bedden slapen lekker, de kamers zijn heerlijk ruim (en erg mooi ingericht!!) en er is meer dan genoeg beddengoed e.d. aanwezig. De service van de gastvrouw/heer (die boven de woning wonen) is super! Ze komen af en toe vragen of alles naar wens is, je mag ze altijd bellen als er iets is, ze kunnen je goed adviseren over leuke uitstapjes in de buurt, maar ze dringen zich absoluut niet op. Ik ga zeker een keer terug!”

    “Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen in der Nähe des Ortszentrums. Schöner Garten, gepflegte Räume, guter Bahnanschluss. Ca. 15 Minuten zum zu einigen schönen Strandbädern (bezahlt) näher zu freiem Strand. Das Meer ist sehr sauber die Strände für ganz kleine Kinder aber nicht sehr geeignet.”
