Holiday apartments in a heritage-protected house in the historic centre of Riposto, about 150 metres from the sea


These two holiday apartments are part of a listed house dating back to the second half of the 19th century. The house was carefully restored and is located in the historic centre of Riposto, near the duomo.

The two apartments overlooking the garden are on the ground floor, in one of the wings of the house. The owners live on site, but set apart from the holiday apartments.

In the outdoor area there is a garden for guests of both apartments, with jasmine plants and citrus fruits and a shared pergola – the ideal place for enjoying meals outdoors or the sunshine and the view of Etna.

The house that the two apartments are part of lies at the foot of Etna and is about 150 metres from the beach and about 200 metres from the yacht harbour. It is about 15km to Taormina.

Apartment 2 This approximately 26m² apartment is on the ground floor and has direct access to the garden. You enter into the living room-kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a little oven, mocha coffee machine and a little fridge. You can dine in the kitchen or in the arcade. The kitchen opens into a room with a sofa bed for two people. This room has a romantic alcove with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and bidet. The apartment is ideal for a family with two children.

Die Stadtvilla bietet einen wunderschönen Innenhof, toll als Garten mit exotischen Pflanzen angelegt, der stand uns zur Verfügung. Die Familie der Vermieter waren außerordentlich freundlich, sie haben uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet und waren sehr gute Gastgeber.”

    “Sehr schön dort, geradezu paradiesisch! Alles da, was man zum Wohnen braucht., und das zu einem wirklich vernünftigen Preis. Auch über die Katze und die Schildkröten im hübschen Garten haben wir uns gefreut. Hinter dem Haus hat man Blick auf den Etna, der manchmal tagelang rumpelt, und man kann nachts die Lavaströme beobachten. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und ausserdem deutschsprachig, was für uns alles sehr vereinfacht hat. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.”
