Ferienwohnung Oliver Werde unser Gast in unserem schönen kleinem Apartment, das malerisch in der Nordhessischen Dom- und Kaiserstadt Fritzlar, entlang der Deutschen Fachwerk- und Märchenstraße liegt.
Die Ausstattung ist gehoben-luxuriös
Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt, mehrere Sitzgelegeneheiten, acht PKW-Stellflächen.
Das Apartment befindet sich in einem alten kleinem Fachwerkhaus, was früher ein kleiner Bauernhof mit einem Dachdeckerbetrieb war und von uns seit ein paar Jahren aufwendig renoviert und teilweise neu aufgebaut wurde.
Die Umgebung ist geprägt von saftigen Wiesen und Hügeln, unser Wald (zum Obersten Holz) lädt zum Wandern ein. Der Fluss Eder fließt vom Edersee bis an unserem Ort vorbei.
