This modern and tastefully furnished holiday apartment is located in Valdebek, in a quiet setting and strategic location for exploring Pula and its surroundings like Premantura, Medulin, Pješčana uvala etc. The house is located at the end of a small street so there is no heavy and/or noisy traffic. It is in a quiet residental area but close to the center of the city and beaches (5 min by car).
The living room has direct access to the terrace which is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and two garden chairs. There is parking available on site without reservation.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the two-storey family house. There are two holiday apartments on the ground floor. The owner lives on the first floor.
It can accommodate up to four persons and comprises of the following rooms: a living room with a flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed (140x200). An additional roll up matress is available. There is also a bedroom which includes a double bed (140x200), a wardrobe and a cozy reading corner. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with pots and cooking equipment.
A grocery shop and restaurant that serves local food are 300m away, a bus stop is 50m away. Beaches are 3.5 km away, the city center is 2.5km from the apartment.
This is a quiet location for your relaxed holiday. Pets are welcome.
