This large, renovated farmhouse, which retains its old style thanks to its wooden beams, fireplace and dovecote, is located at the end of a quiet road in a tiny hamlet and benefits from a huge plot of 14 hectares.

Take advantage of the terrace by the 12 x 6 m pool, facing south, to relax or enjoy your meals al fresco. You can also enjoy billiards, table tennis and a game of boules. The house has an office of just under 20 square meters with a desk and office chair. Durfort-Lacapelette, its bakery, tennis court and supermarket are nearby. In Moissac (8 km), a World Heritage Site on the Camino de Santiago, you will find a wide range of stores, supermarkets and a bike rental service.

Discover the Romanesque abbeys of Saint-Pierre and Cloister. In summer, you can enjoy boat trips and the joys of water skiing on the Tarn or even hire bikes for trips on the cycle path along the Canal des Deux Mers. You can go horse riding in Lauzerte and also in St Nicolas de la Grave, where you can enjoy the pleasures of windsurfing with a large swimming lake and a leisure park. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the 9-hole golf courses in Castelnau-Montratier and Espalais, both just 30 minutes away by car. For the little ones, there is a water park (Walibi) near Agen (approx. 55 km). For a more urban experience, visit the pink cities of Montauban (30 km) and Toulouse (80 km) or Cahors (50 km) and the famous Pont Valentré. Explore the gorges of Aveyron, St Antonin-Noble-Val for canoeing and the charming medieval villages of Bruniquel and Cordes. The region has no shortage of restaurants serving local specialties.
