Villa Mako is a newly built luxury villa in a quiet suburb of Pula (Šikići), only 3 km from the stunning beaches and the city center. This beautiful villa has a plot of 750m2 with a fully fenced garden and a large private parking space within the property. In the garden you can enjoy a large pool of 50 m2 with an amazing jacuzzi of an additional 12 m2. There is also a large dining room with barbecue facilities and a children’s playground. The house has more than 200m2 with a large living room with direct access to the pool. The ground floor has an open living room with dining table and kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet and a large bedroom with private bathroom with shower. The bedroom on the ground floor has direct access to the pool, and there is also a large double bed and a single bed. Upstairs are two bedrooms, also with private bathroom. All bedrooms have a terrace, air conditioning and TV. Villa Mako is ideal for two to three families or groups who want to be near the center of Pula and the beach, but also in a quiet place away from the chaotic city.
