Lovely Holiday House in L'escala with Large Barbecue and Mountain View

It's a singular house of 140 m2 and a plot of 6,000 m2, the area surrounding the house are gardens and has a large barbecue and an infinity pool, the remaining land is rustic. The house is literally a round tower,s, (Not suitable for people with mobility problems) with 2 spacious Suittes, one with jacuzzi. At the top sits the dining room with 280 ° views of the "Alt i Baix Empordà " Bay of Roses and the Canigou. Located in the Vila of L'Escala, in a small hill, 800 meters the famous Greco-Roman ruins of Empúries and beaches. An ideal spot perfectly located just 145 km. from Barcelona, with its international airport, and half an hour from the French border and Girona-Costa Brava airport. The Costa Brava, one of the most beautiful bays in the world, enjoys a mild, Mediterranean climate, making it the perfect place for holidays or live all year round, perfect for all kinds of activities. L'Escala with 7 km of coastline has a large sandy beaches, the best place for fans of water sports, windsurf, kayak, snorkeling, diving, so on... The marina has 957 berths for boats up to 25 meters long. For golf lovers, there are a large number of internationally renowned golfs in the vicinity. L'Escala offers a wide range of cultural activities and in gastronomy enjoys recognition and prestige international. Speciality: the famous anchovies of L'Escala and fresh fish. Come to visit!!!!

    “Negativ: Viele Spinnengewebe ,wurde wohl schon länger nichtgründlich geputzt!Vor Ort wird auf einmal der Hundeaufschlag von 15 auf 25Euro pro Hund erhöht!”
