Stellung: die Villa befindet sich in Hanglage, in einer dominierenden Position, mit einer Terrasse, von der man einen malerischen Ausblick auf das Tyrrhenische Meer hat, der vom bezauberten Golf von Patti über Kap Milazzo bis zu den märchenhaften Äolischen Inseln reicht. Es ist vom Grün der hundertjährigen Oliven-, Mandel-, Zitronenbäumen und darüberhinaus vom typischen üppigen Mittelmeerbuschwald umgeben. Die Villa befindet sich an der Tyrrhenische Küste etwa 60 Km von Messina entfernt auf einem grünen Hügel direkt gegenüber den Äolischen Inseln mit einem aufregenden und abwechslungsreichen Panorama. Die Küste besteht aus Felsvorsprüngen und Tälern entlang des blauen und transparenten Meeres, wo sich unzählige Sandstrände gebildet haben, einige sind nur mit einem Boot zu erreichen.

    “Die ruhige Wohnung hat mit Schlafzimmer/Duschbad/Wohnküche insg. ca. 25 m2 und liegt im Souterrain (Hanglage) des Hauses, sie teilt sich mit einer baugleichen Ferienwohnung die Terrasse. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht und die Inseln ist wirklich wunderschön! Im März liegt die Terrasse ab ca. 15:30h zwar im Schatten, aber im Sommer ist das sicher sehr angenehm. Die Ausstattung insbesondere der Küche ist sehr spartanisch und wir hätten uns Liegen für die Terrasse gewünscht, sonst haben wir nichts zu beanstanden. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett, Probleme wurden sofort gelöst und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.”

    “Das Haus oder eher die Wohnung war super. Sehr groß und recht neu renoviert. Die Terrasse war sehr groß und man hatte einen super Ausblick aufs Meer und die Umgebung. Die Wohnung war sauber und man hatte alles Nötige was man braucht. Das Einzige was fehlte war ein Kaffeefilter. Wir trinken nicht gerne Espresso. Also wer gerne normalen Kaffee trinken möchte sollte sich eine Maschine mitbringen oder einen Filter und eine Isolierkanne mitbringen. Ansonsten alles super.”
