High above Umhausen in a wonderful, quiet panoramic position, surrounded by majestic mountain giants of the Ötztal valley, we spoil you with a lot of comfort and warm hospitality. In the house there is our bakery. Ski lift and cross-country ski run are only 50 m away. We invite you to relax in our wellness area with relaxation room, Finnish (90°) and bio sauna (60°).

Our lovingly furnished Apartment Enzian on the ground floor (approx. 46 m²) has the following amenities: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom incl. big shower, WC and hairdryer, 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic glass cooktop, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, water boiler etc.), couch, satellite TV, telephone, sitting area, safe and dining area. The terrace offers seating and sun loungers.
