Our holiday house is the perfect starting point for sportspeople as countless hikes, mountain and bike tours start directly on our doorstep. Niederhai - an ideal place for active winter sports enthusiasts – has a lovely ski area for beginners and families, cross-country ski trails are right outside the front door, toboggan run and winter playground leave nothing to be desired. The free skibus shuttles take you to all top ski areas within Ötztal. In connection with the taxi company Taxi Quaxi, we offer discounted taxi rides - also to the ski areas.
NEW studio (approx. 30 m²) with open bed-sitting room with one double-bed, a pull-out sofa bed (sleeping 3rd person) fully equipped kitchenette (electric kitchen stove with 2 cooktops, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster etc.) and flat-screen TV, bathroom with shower/WC.
