This villa has 250 sqm with additional 150 sqm of landscape, it can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 bedrooms. The main floor includes a large open-plan fully furnished and equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven) and a spacious dining and living room. At this level, there are two outdoor areas. The main outdoor area is the walkout terrace from the living/dining room, leading to a stunning infinity pool. The pool area is provided with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. Accessible from the kitchen is an outdoor area with BBQ facilities and dinning area. The first floor features 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Two rooms have terraces which overlook the stunning Adriatic below, whereas the third bedroom boasts beautiful views of the majestic Mount Biokovo. All rooms feature queen size beds, two of them are with built-in closets, one with wardrobe and all of them having beautiful en suite bathrooms with luxurious glazed showers. Internal staircase leads to the top floor, where there is an open roof terrace with amazing sea views. On the top floor there is an outdoor kitchenette, complete bathroom with shower and study / bedroom with sofa, armchairs and TV. There is a huge terrace, partly covered and party opened with outdoor furniture. This 4 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom house features a heated pool, open roof terrace with amazing views of the Adriatic Sea below, BBQ facilities.
