The vacation apartment "Möltenorter Strand" is located in the beautiful Baltic seaside resort Heikendorf, district Möltenort, on the sunny side of the Kiel Fjord. In Heikendorf you can stroll, walk or enjoy the sunset in the evening. Heikendorf has everything to offer, from stores for everyday needs to Scandinavian fashion and sweet knick-knack stores.
The vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of a detached house in close proximity to the beach, directly on the beach promenade. It is a non-smoking apartment with a total area of about 50m². It has a high-quality, new fitted kitchen with dining area. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils as well as oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. In the large combined living room and bedroom are, among other things, a double bed and a farmhouse wardrobe for your clothes. In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa with coffee table. The entire apartment was renovated from scratch in the year 2021, including the small bathroom with bathtub. The apartment was laid out with an attractive vinyl floor and prepared with much love. A fantastic view of the Kiel Fjord awaits you from the windows of the kitchen, the dining area and also from the living and sleeping area.
You can enjoy the sun either directly on the beach or in the quiet, rear garden area with appropriate garden furniture.
In the entire apartment you can access a free WLAN. There is a TV and a CD player with radio available. Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price.
Bicycle storage facilities as well as a car parking space are available.
The apartment can be booked for a minimum of 3 nights and a maximum of 14 nights. In the period from April to October there is the obligation to pay a spa tax in Heikendorf. This is due in addition to the rental price per day of stay and person and amounts to 2.50 € or reduced 1.25 € in the high season (May to September) and 1.20 € or reduced 0.60 € in the low season (April and October). The handing over of the keys takes place from 16:00 o'clock or after telephone agreement.
