With its 322 m2 of space, this fully air-conditioned villa has 6 bedrooms, two of which are rooms with 2 single beds, and 4 rooms with double beds. In case of need for additional 2 beds, it also offers a sofa measuring 160x200. Each of these rooms includes ensuite bathrooms with showers, and the villa itself has 2 separate toilets. The five bedrooms upstairs have a TV and a terrace, and best of all is that they have a view of the blue and clear sea, while another room is located on the ground floor of the villa, and of course contains a TV.

It will never be easier to prepare delicious meals because you have a modernly equipped and spacious kitchen, a living room with a sofa, table and TV, and a dining room with a table for 6 people from which you can see the outdoor terrace and pool. The terrace includes an outdoor dining table for 6 people, an outdoor grill and a green area that gives a special visual atmosphere. The 26 m2 pool allows you to cool off during the day or night in complete privacy because Villa Medulin 1 is completely fenced. On 6 deck chairs you can relax and enjoy a pleasant sunbathing. Villa Medulin 1 opens its doors to you throughout the year, so you can visit it whenever it suits you and your loved ones!

For those who do not miss physical activity and even on holiday, on the upper floor of the villa there is a separate fitness room with several basic devices for exercising and strengthening the body, from which you have a view of the sea and beautiful relaxing nature. If you come with a pet, by prior arrangement and on request, Villa Medulin 1 also offers this service. A younger group of guests is welcome. The villa offers 5 parking spaces within its yard. As additional entertainment for those looking for adrenaline, with an advance payment, there is also the possibility of renting a boat Sessa key Largo 26 for a maximum of 6 people for 6 hours, which includes a private skipper.
