In a natural setting in the middle of the splendid landscapes of the Corbières, it is here that the Couscoulière gîte awaits you for a relaxing holiday in an unusual place. This mobile home has an exceptional view of the Alaric massif from the terrace. Imagine having breakfast, dinner or even watching a sunrise or sunset in a unique setting, this is the ideal place! The private terrace with its garden furniture, where you can hear nothing but the birds singing, will make you feel calm and relaxed. On request, a barbecue is at your disposal for convivial moments. The location of the gîte is ideal for visiting the treasures of the Aude: beautiful walks or bike rides can be taken from the gîte to discover the Alaric massif with the Congoust gorges and enjoy the most beautiful views of the region. Within 30 minutes you will find the medieval city of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, and even closer to the gîte, Lagrasse, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, and the banks of the river Orbieu with its swimming spots. The common swimming pool located in the owners' house (to be shared with the guest room and the second 4-person gîte) is also at your disposal (dimensions: 12x3,50). It is equipped with a counter-current swimming system and is open from mid-May to the end of October depending on the season. Air-conditioned gîte comprising a living room with a sitting area (sofa bed and TV), a dining table (with built-in extension) and a kitchen area with microwave, hotplates and fridge/freezer. A first bedroom with a 140x190cm bed. An independent shower room (shower, washbasin). A second bedroom with two single beds (80x190cm). An independent WC. Private parking next to the gîte. Baby equipment on request. Sheets and towels are optional. Cleaning at the end of your stay is included. Our friends the animals are accepted under good behaviour.
