Villa Giuva is a cozy holiday home located in a private condominium a few steps (250 m) from a beautiful beach with white sand and crystal clear water near Pula, in the south coast of Sardinia. Ideal for families with children. The spacious, bright, airy house is 180 square meters. Villa Giuva and the residence area is private, and relaxing with a gorgeous short walk to the beautiful beach with epic sunrises.

Villa Giuva can comfortably accommodate 10 people in 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds and one with 1 bunk bed, each with air conditioning. It has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen overlooking the spacious dining and living area. Spacious garden with barbecue, living spaces and a table tennis in a green and quiet environment.

GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.

Guests will have the whole house to themselves. They can enjoy all the equipment provided by the house, such as barbecues, beach chairs and umbrellas.

Other things to note
There is no cleaning during the stay. However, they may be agreed in advance and paid separately.

Linen change during the stay is always at a cost of 10 euros per person, for stays that go beyond 7 nights. However, you can request a change at any time.

Villa Giuva is only 1 km from the luxurious tourist hotel complex of the Forte Village resort and about 8 km from the Is Molas Golf Club, a complex equally known nationally and internationally for its Golf courses that can be used all year round. Within a radius of 7/12 km there are the most famous and splendid beaches of southern Sardinia such as Chia, Capo Malfatano, Porto Tramtzu, Porto Zafferano, Tuerredda beach, Nora beach and many other wonderful beaches and coves. I am happy to recommend my favorite places to visit, restaurants, etc. I will give you personal attention to ensure that you can relax and enjoy your vacation in this magical place.
