It has a large living room (sofa, dining table, flat screen TV, radio) with open-plan kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x walk-through room with wardrobe-bunk bed - max. load on the upper floor 70 kg!), a large bathroom (floor-level shower, WC, electric heating) and a furnished terrace. If required, a high chair and a cot can be provided.
There is also a car parking space, a barbecue, a bicycle cellar, bicycles for hire, a communal washing machine and general WLAN access.

Poseritz is a village in a rural setting in the southern part of the island of Rügen and can be reached quickly via the impressive Rügen Bridge. In the village, which has retained a certain originality and tranquillity, there is an inn and a farm shop for natural dairy products. The nearest supermarket is in Garz, approx. 6 km away. The region is easy to explore by bike, with a popular cycle path towards Bergen running right on the edge of the village. Swimming and fishing opportunities can be found on the Strelasund, approx. 7 km away. The long sandy beaches around Binz can be reached in half an hour by car, and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund with its shopping facilities, restaurants and many attractions, such as the Oceaneum, the Oceanographic Museum, the Hansedom bathing paradise and the zoo, is only approx. 15 km away.
