This holiday cottage, equipped with air conditioning and a shared pool, offers a relaxing stay in Villeneuve les Avignon, adjacent to Avignon itself and is perfect for a couple.

Situated on the property with the owners' villa in a residential hillside area, the rental space is entirely located on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen/dining/living room along with a bedroom and bathroom. Outside in the pretty garden there are ample trees and shade as well as a pool (shared with the owners) with a size of 8 m x 4 m, ranging in depth from 80 cm to 1.5 m.

The property comprises the holiday cottage and the owner's independent villa and is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area on the hills of Villeneuve les Avignon, at about 800 m from the first convenience stores, accessible by foot or by bicycle.
The city of Avignon is situated just at the other side of the river, at +/- 3 km where you can visit the famous Pont d’ Avignon, the Popes Palace and more. Villeneuve les Avignon is an ideal starting point to visit the Provence, the Cevennes, the Carmargue and the Languedoc-Roussillon.

Attention:
The owners' villa is situated in front of the swimming pool, which is shared with them. However, the house itself is not part of the rental space. While on the property, you may encounter the owners' cat and two small dogs. Please note that due to one of their dogs being very fearful of other dogs, your pets, unfortunately, cannot be accommodated here.
