This charming villa is located in a quiet valley between Petra and San Joan, on a spacious estate that was once used for agriculture. The quiet, secluded location offers the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation.

The centrepiece of the villa is a large pool with a large terrace, complete with high-quality sun loungers and parasols to provide shade. The pool is ideal for families and has wide steps and a child-safe area, as well as plenty of space to swim laps. The surrounding stone terrace offers plenty of seating, perfect for al fresco dining or a barbecue.
Inside, the villa has tasteful furnishings, air conditioning in all rooms and traditional exposed beams. There are five cosy renovated double bedrooms, four bathrooms and a guest WC. The spacious living and dining area with two open fireplaces creates a warm, inviting atmosphere, while the fully equipped kitchen makes meal times easy.
The villa is located on one of Mallorca's best cycling routes and has a secure bicycle storage room. For larger groups, additional villas can be rented nearby, "Palmeral" EMF199 and/or "Sa Pleta" EMF036, and a shared tennis and volleyball court offers further recreation. Parties are not permitted in the villa out of consideration for other holidaymakers.
The beautifully idyllic finca "Son Perxa" is located in the east of Mallorca, with sensational views of the Puig de Bonan. Only 7 minutes by car from the town of Petra, it is ideal for your daily shopping or to enjoy one of the restaurants. The famous market of Sineu takes place every Wednesday and is only 16 km away, while the beach of Son Serra de Marina is only a 30-minute drive away.
