This modern seafront villa is located in the south-eastern part of Mallorca, on the edge of the village of Portocolom. The house is equipped with many sun terraces and balconies that offer fantastic views of the sea and the harbour of Portocolom.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The extremely beautiful pool is integrated into the house and has a fence to protect any small children travelling with you. It also serves as security to ensure privacy and cosiness. A sun terrace and the adjoining sunbathing lawn invite you to relax and sunbathe on one of the comfortable deckchairs. Two parasols are available in case the sun is too strong. The terrace right by the pool offers breezy shade at any time of day and a modern dining table from which you can only gaze in wonder at the marvellous panorama that lies directly in front of you. Either way, it's a pleasure to start the day in the morning light or marvel at the twinkling lights of the harbour at night. Situated right on the corner and strategically positioned on the course of the sun is the marvellous lounge area, where you can relax and enjoy the magic of this place to your heart's content. The predominantly white colour gives the surroundings an exquisite design and at the same time forms a great contrast to the deep blue sky and the sea.

The building extends over two floors and covers a total area of around 270 square metres. The numerous windows and the almost exclusively light colours flood the house with sunlight and radiate an all-round extravagant aura. A combined living/dining room, which faces the harbour, also offers an extremely cosy sofa area with a practically installed television and a long, elegant dining table that seats six people. An additional, child-friendly lounge is integrated into the architecture of the villa. There is also children's furniture and an additional sofa for relaxing. This room is an ideal playroom where you can retreat with the little ones if necessary. The easy-care kitchen with its elegant design has everything you need for everyday cooking, including a kettle and filter coffee machine. The air-conditioned bedrooms (two of which have their own bathroom) are generously proportioned, equipped with high-quality furniture and have a very elegant design. The deliberately sparing use of decoration gives these rooms a bright and unique character that promotes a pleasant sense of calm. The marvellous view, partly visible from the bedroom, makes this place the pinnacle of comfort. Two 0.90 x 2.00 metre beds are available in all bedrooms. The tasteful design is also continued in the bathrooms. These have an extremely modern design, are very comfortable and generously proportioned. And from here you can enjoy a partial sea view!

Portocolom is a picturesque fishing village on the south-east coast of Mallorca. The heart of the small town is still the beautiful beach and harbour promenade with a variety of bars and restaurants, which are particularly inviting for a stroll in the evening. The fantastic sandy bay of Cala Marcal is also located here, with extremely fine sand and shallow access to the water, which makes it very pleasant for swimming and also ideal for children.

Villa Esperanza is a large and extremely modern holiday home in a prime location, right on the harbour of Portocolom on the coast of the island. It is located at the south-eastern tip of the harbour bay. The picturesque harbour promenade with its bars and restaurants is just a stone's throw away. You can also quickly reach the local fine sandy bays, which are ideal for swimming.
