The rural Villa Son Mulet de Llubí is an oasis of tranquillity and the ideal holiday retreat for a couple in love or a small family. A lovingly designed garden with great attention to detail awaits you at the house. Terracotta buckets with plants, old wagon wheels leaning against the trunks of tall pine trees, a rusty green bicycle and more create a beautiful overall picture as if by chance. While the old trees provide plenty of shade, the natural stone terrace around the large pool invites you to sunbathe. You can treat your skin to some relaxation under straw parasols or on the Balinese bed. There is a lovely seating area with comfortable chairs on the covered terrace by the house. The perfect place to enjoy meals cooked on the nearby brick barbecue.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The covered terrace leads into the interior of the villa. The house is cosy and rustic and has been lovingly furnished. An open-plan living and dining area with a lovely sofa and TV corner, a large fireplace for the colder days and a dining table offers enough space for all visitors. The villa's kitchen is small but nice and is also integrated into this room. Light-coloured walls and floor tiles combined with the warm colours of the wooden furniture and ceiling beams give the entire room a cosy atmosphere. A small hallway leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. In the first bedroom, two beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 metres ensure a restful night's sleep, while the second bedroom has a large double bed measuring 1.60 x 1.90 metres. Both rooms are decorated with loving attention to detail and each has a large wardrobe and chest of drawers with plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. The bright bathroom with a floor-level shower is modern and functional.

Llubí is a small, sleepy village on the northern foothills of the large island plain of Es Pla. The town is known for its delicious capers, which are grown in the surrounding fields. These can of course also be purchased at the weekly market on the Placa de la Carretera. If you prefer something a little busier, you can reach the island's most famous farmers' market in Sineu in just a quarter of an hour. It takes about the same time to reach Inca, the Eldorado for shoes and leather. From here, you can also quickly reach the island's capital Palma via the MA-13 motorway for an obligatory day trip. In the large bay of Alcúdia, also only 20 minutes away by car, there are no limits to the fun of swimming in the sea on the kilometre-long sandy beaches. As you can see, Villa Son Mulet de Llubí is both an oasis of tranquillity and a perfect retreat and a good starting point for adventurous explorations of the island.

In the north of Mallorca, in the triangle between Inca, Sineu and Muro, lies this jewel of a villa, Son Mulet de Llubí, in an absolutely peaceful location. The dreamy town of Llubí, which was built on two hills and is known for the best capers on the island, is only 5 kilometres from the villa. Small shopping trips can be made every Tuesday at the weekly market in Plaça de la Carretera. For larger shopping trips, the shops of Inca or Sa Pobla are only 15 minutes away. The marvellous beaches of the bay of Alcúdia are not much further away.
