Are you looking for your own little hideaway in the countryside? A place to feel good with a pool, sun terrace and olive trees? Then Villa Binitaref is just the right choice for you! The charming natural stone house with classic dark green shutters is situated in a secluded, south-facing location on a plot of almost 7,000 m², which you can enjoy a wonderful view of from the many, partially covered terraces around the house. But only if you can take your eyes off the pool, which shimmers in the sun and is surrounded by a beautiful stone wall that invites you to take a refreshing dip or two. After a swim, simply take a nap on one of the comfortable loungers - marvellous! Those who prefer to let off steam can play a game of volleyball with their fellow travellers and then enjoy the delicacies prepared on the barbecue and served at the elegant glass table on the terrace.

While the outdoor area of the Binitaref has a rustic look in typical villa style, the interior is modern, bright and friendly. The spacious ground floor also has a cosy living room with two comfortable sofas from which you can either watch the crackling fire or simply watch TV. A stylish dining table is conveniently located in the kitchen, so you don't have to travel far with full trays. Full and tired, you can retire to one of the three pleasantly discreet, air-conditioned double bedrooms. Two of them are located on the ground floor, one on the upper floor and can be reached via an airy staircase. Two chic bathrooms, both with a bathtub and one with an en-suite, round off the absolutely convincing living comfort of your holiday home.

If you enjoy spending time outdoors, walking, hiking and cycling, Binitaref is the ideal starting point. Just start walking or cycling, the agricultural surroundings are breathtaking! Sineu, Costitx (with its observatory), Sencelles, Sant Joan and Lloret de Vistalegre are considered the true heart of Mallorca! You may not believe the myth that the axis of the world lies beneath the bell tower of Sineu church. What we do know is that this picturesque little rural town has everything holidaymakers could wish for: ancient legends, cultural heritage, good restaurants such as the Moli Den Pau, which is located in a windmill, and numerous wine cellars, some of which also serve hearty Mallorcan dishes. Visitors from all over the island flock to the weekly cattle market on Wednesdays and from the centre of Sa Plaça, signs lead to interesting sights such as monasteries, churches and manor houses. Fields, windmills, olive groves and vineyards characterise the centre of the island, which can also be explored by bike. And for those who don't want to miss out on a day at the beach: the beaches of Badia d'Alcúdia, around 27 km away, are within easy reach... Modern living in a rural setting: Villa Binitaref in the heart of Mallorca was built in a wonderfully sunny south-facing location surrounded by fields and meadows - ideal for long walks and bike rides. But the property also has a lot to offer: You can either cool off in the sloping pool, play a game of volleyball or simply enjoy sweet idleness in one of the comfortable outdoor armchairs on the covered terrace.
