At Son Tomasset, an impressive, multi-storey rural villa with the Tramuntana mountains in the background, you will be staying in a well-protected property on 36 hectares of land with extensive lawns, orange trees, a pool and an outdoor bathroom. Your holiday home also has numerous terraces offering excellent views on all levels. The rustic property is located 1.5 km from the village of Costitx and has ample parking for several vehicles. From the spectacularly equipped terrace, you can access a beautiful garden with pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers where you can enjoy moments of pure relaxation! At the other end of the terrace you will find a porch with a table tennis table and views of the countryside and the Serra de Tramuntana mountain.

On the ground floor of the beautiful, original and stylishly furnished property there is a large hallway and a large, bright living room that radiates inviting cosiness. The playroom is right next door. Fun and games are in abundance with a foosball table and pool table, so children and teenagers will feel right at home in this holiday villa. The fully equipped, colourful kitchen with large dining room and great seating area by the open fireplace offers plenty of space for all guests and the dining table is just a few metres from the terrace. There is also a bathroom and two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on this level. On the second floor there is another living room with a 40-inch TV. From here you can access a further four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. From this floor there is also access to the upper terrace with marvellous views of the village. A second, very spacious kitchen rounds off the comfort of this house.

Due to its completely rural enclave, surrounded by endless and precious natural pastures typical of the interior of Mallorca, Villa Son Tomasset is the perfect destination for those who want to experience the diversity of the country and get to know more than just the beaches and the most visited areas of Mallorca. Located in the heart of the island, it is well connected to the main roads and the coastal region can be reached in just 30 minutes by car. Don't miss the nearby weekly markets on Saturdays in Costix and Wednesdays in Sineu! Those who have pitched their tents in the centre are open in all directions... The nearest supermarkets are in Sencelles, Sineu and Inca and can be reached by car in just 5-10 minutes. In Sencelles you will find good restaurants such as Sa Cuina de nAina, Can Pep, in Sineu El Molico is recommended. Close to the finca is the idyllic village of Jornets, where you can enjoy a lovely excursion on foot or by bike. Son Tomasset is close to various cycle paths for leisurely and sporty cyclists.
