The lovingly restored Finca Son Corco in the heart of Mallorca offers a peaceful, rural retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the island. Situated on an old Mallorcan estate in the wine-growing area near Consell, this charming 200 m² guest house has its own private pool and a spacious, covered terrace where you can enjoy both privacy and breathtaking panoramic views. The magnificent, gently sloping pool is equipped with comfortable loungers and parasols. The property is surrounded by lush cypress, palm, almond and olive trees. The discreet neighbours, who live in the adjoining old farmhouse, have their own access road.

The rustic living area is tastefully furnished and creates an authentic and cosy atmosphere. Large windows allow plenty of natural light into the spacious rooms. The friendly country-style kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. The three en-suite bathrooms offer contemporary comfort and the spacious bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, as is the living area. In the cooler months of the year, radiators and a pellet stove create a warm and cosy atmosphere. Your holiday home is located approx. 2 km from the tranquil village of Consell and can be easily reached by car via the road, which is acoustically perceptible depending on the wind direction. The surrounding lowlands invite you to take leisurely walks and cycle tours through the vineyards.

The beautiful, old natural stone villa Son Corco is located near the village of Consell in the north of the island. The large house with a stylish selection of classic Mallorcan furniture and modern elements was built in the middle of a marvellous, typically Mediterranean landscape, which you can explore on long walks or hikes. The pool, surrounded by lush, green oleander bushes, is a great place to cool off, or you can drive about 25.5 km to Ciudad Jardin beach in your hire car.

Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 27 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
