Even the driveway gives an impression of the inviting and spacious villa that awaits you. The exclusive luxury villa Son Sard Nou sits enthroned on a magnificent hill in the middle of a huge, well-tended estate with palm and olive trees, lavender bushes and cypresses. With a length of 25 metres, the infinity pool extends from the villa into the beautiful garden and offers simply incredible views of the landscape all the way to the sea. Access to the tiered pool is either via the steps directly at the house or via a ladder on one side. On the large row of terraces around the pool you will find numerous sun loungers, shady parasols and cosy seating areas as well as a large table for socialising and relaxing. On one side of the villa there is another terrace with pretty vines lining the thatched roof. The spacious lounge area with round dining table, a kind of chill-out zone, invites you to relax, while delicious delicacies are also grilled on the high-quality gas barbecue on this terrace. Thanks to the loudspeakers installed at the side of the house, you can look forward to a relaxed barbecue evening with background music.

Floor-to-ceiling windows all around the house provide plenty of light and a pleasant ambience in every room. The open-plan living/dining area is spacious, very modern and lovingly designed down to the last detail. The opulent wooden table and benches between the living room and kitchen offer plenty of space for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything your heart desires. Like everything else in the villa, this area has extremely high-quality and luxurious equipment. In addition to a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and two huge fridges, there are numerous other amenities. The villa has a total of six rooms on two floors, all of which are air-conditioned. Each room has its own modern bathroom. From there you have access to a spacious sun terrace, from which you can enjoy a marvellous view of the property and the surrounding area.

The villa is not overlooked at all and is close to several villages and towns as well as a number of beaches. The nearby road, which can sometimes be heard in the distance depending on the wind direction, means that the surrounding area can be reached quickly and easily. The sea is only about 3 km from the villa. Many of the beaches in the area have parasols and sun loungers and are family-friendly with restaurants and cafés. However, there are also small and quieter bays in the area. In just over 4 km you can also reach the tranquil village of Son Servera or the popular coastal town of Cala Millor, which offers numerous restaurants, bars and boutiques. A market is held every Friday morning around the church square. Son Sard Nou is also ideal for golfers: various golf courses are located in the immediate vicinity and can therefore be reached quickly and easily in just a few minutes by car.
