Straight lines. Stylish. Minimalist. These fashionable buzzwords will run through your mind when you arrive at this villa. Like a white cuboid skilfully broken off in the middle, this modern building rises up out of the surrounding vast grounds and impresses with its original contrast of nature and architecture. Serenity also welcomes guests to the rear terrace and invites them to linger in the open air with sun loungers, deckchairs and a table and chairs. Here, everything takes place on one level, with the most beautiful view of the north of the island and its towering hills. A good book in your hand, a refreshing drink on the table, your loved ones nearby, what more do you need? Perhaps one thing: a refreshing dip in the cool water that is literally at your feet here. You can swim a few pleasurable laps of 11 metres while, at best, a few fleecy clouds drift through the blue sky above you (the whirlpool you see in the pictures is no longer there). While you sunbathe in the boiling water, you might hire the barbecue expert of the day to cook the delicious barbecue ingredients for you in the evening.

Several floor-to-ceiling windows give access to the colourful ground floor building. The interior is also impressive. What you see first is the heart of the house: the open, very stylishly designed living/dining room in grey and white. The glazing on both sides almost gives the feeling of an outdoor lounge. When you sit on the comfortable sofa and look out over the flat-screen TV or the fireplace, your gaze is sure to fall on the scenery on the other side of the window. The kitchen is only separated from this room by a wall that extends halfway into the room. You will find a modern style and very high-quality fittings. You are guaranteed to enjoy cooking in this room and also have a view of the surrounding countryside! Find lasting relaxation in the two comfortable bedrooms, equipped with a 1.5 m and 1.8 m wide bed respectively, and enjoy the comfort of two bathrooms that offer maximum privacy. Daylight, walk-in showers, beautiful washbasins and, last but not least, the fitness equipment make these areas of the house another little luxury feel-good place.

Thanks to its location in the centre of the island, it is the perfect starting point for a variety of excursions in the surrounding area and beyond. In Sencelles, a farmers' market is held every Wednesday morning in Placa Nova, where you can buy fresh local produce and get in touch with the Mallorcan lifestyle. Inca (approx. 7 km away), the third largest city on the island, also offers shopping opportunities in the lively pedestrianised area. In the north-east, the varied coastal region around the bay of Alcúdia attracts visitors with its many beautiful beaches. Towards the south, you can marvel at the amenities and offers on the city beaches near Palma. Hikers will find plenty of beautiful trails in the nearby Tramuntana mountains. The bright and modern Villa Integra, located just 4 km north-east of the tranquil village of Sencelles, is an ideal base from which to explore the many facets of Mallorca. In this village you can do your daily shopping, and the farmers' market in Placa Nova with its fresh produce is particularly tempting. It is only around 30 minutes to the island's capital Palma, where you have numerous shopping opportunities. Travelling the same distance will take you to the sandy beaches on the south and north coasts of the island.
