The picturesque holiday home Los Higos is nestled in the beautiful countryside in the north-east of Mallorca. It is just a few minutes' walk from the charming town of Caimari and offers both comfort and tranquillity. Surrounded by the picturesque beauty of the villages of Caimari and Selva, ancient olive and citrus groves and the breathtaking Tramuntana mountains, this enchanting finca offers a tranquil retreat. The property has an inviting front garden with a marvellous pool area with sun loungers for all guests as well as a charming back garden typical of traditional farmhouses. In addition, guests can enjoy outdoor amenities such as a table tennis table, a brick-built barbecue and a garage with storage for bicycles. Explore the stunning surroundings on numerous cycling and hiking trails or relax on one of the nearby beaches, just 30 minutes away by car.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

Enter the sun-drenched natural stone terrace, which leads to the tastefully furnished interior of the house. The house can accommodate up to 10 guests and offers maximum comfort and a range of amenities. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a cosy foyer that leads to a dining area and a spacious, open-plan kitchen on the right. A large patio door provides access to the rear garden, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living. In the left wing of the house you will find a spacious living area with a rustic fireplace, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an additional bathroom with bathtub. Ascend to the upper floor, where a fresh, summery ambience prevails. Here you will find another living room and four double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Accessible from two bedrooms and the living room, two sun terraces offer panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and provide an unforgettable experience for guests from every corner of the house.

Note: After a change of ownership in early 2024, some improvements were made to the finca. The photos still show the old state.

The stately Villa Higos can accommodate up to ten people and is located just one kilometre from the idyllic village of Caimari. In addition to the impressive gnarled olive, almond and fig trees on the grounds, the location offers spectacular views of the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana in the north of the island. For larger errands, take a short trip to Inca, just 7 kilometres away.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 25 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
