After a comfortable journey along paved roads, you enter through a large gate onto a spacious plot, which the owners have divided into individual generous plots and on which modern villa properties have been created in a wonderful secluded location, which have been given the name Son Manyo Dos Due to the height of the plot, you can enjoy the wonderful secluded location and the charm of a rural villa with modern comfort and a certain level of design. The neighbouring garden plot, on which the two-storey villa is located, is surrounded by a green and flowering bush. Large palm trees lend a Mediterranean flair to the lush green lawn that awaits us and you. In the centre of this garden is a round pool with mosaic stones measuring 10 m on average. A natural stone terrace offers plenty of space for the comfortable aluminium loungers. If you want shade, there are 4 bamboo parasols available. The walled-in white pillar wall, which hugs the curves of the pool along the edge of the terrace, is very attractive. It flows seamlessly into the covered outdoor kitchen area, where you can spend a relaxing evening barbecuing. For our younger guests, there is a playground with wooden toys; a table tennis table is available for a match. There are also several covered terraces by the house. Under a huge awning, which can be covered with a sail, there is a massive, walled dining table with chairs. Relax on the hanging chair with a good book. Just a few metres directly in front of the entrance is another covered terrace. On the 2-piece wooden bench with thick, white cushions, you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning and welcome the day.

The interior of the trendy villa, which welcomes us on the ground floor, boasts a bright design with a spacious living and dining area. White walls, recessed spotlights in the ceiling, large floor tiles in sandstone colour and subtle decorations characterise the picture. The furniture is predominantly bright white, as are the sofa area and the two dining tables, one strikingly rectangular and the other round, with a choice of comfortable chairs or chic designer stools. Colour contrasts are provided by a purple carpet as well as table runners and curtains in the same colour. The white designer kitchen opens up to the dining and living area, but cannot be seen from the living area. A black granite worktop and high-quality brand-name appliances emphasise the sophisticated character of this villa in terms of design and function. Three of the four bedrooms are also located on this floor. The bedrooms are comfortable and equipped with good beds, which can be used as single beds or pushed together. A total of two modern tiled, stylishly furnished bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a hydromassage bath) are located on the upper floor; one of these is an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, which also has an exit to a private terrace from which you can enjoy a view of the region.

The beautiful new-build villa Son Manyo Dos is situated in a wonderful rural location between the two towns of Muro and Sa Pobla. Both towns are within easy reach for daily shopping. A weekly market offers fresh Balearic produce every Sunday. All the beaches in the bay of Alcúdia, such as Playa de Muro, Son Baulo or the beautiful Son Serra de Marina beach, are just a short drive away in your hire car.
