Let's go to the countryside! This could be the title of your personal Mallorca holiday story. While the beaches are bustling with people, you can expect 100 per cent privacy in your comfortable country villa in the south of the island, surrounded by fields and olive trees. Typically Mallorcan and exceptionally well-kept would be the ideal description for your elegant country estate in quarry stone style, whose delicate roofs, green shutters, the flower and fruit garden, the pool with its gently varying depth and the surrounding sandstone terrace almost exactly match the dream of the perfect Mallorca villa. On the airy, shady covered terrace right by the pool, you can relax all day long and transform it into your very own open-air restaurant in the evening with the help of the modern gas barbecue. The only spectators are the olive trees around you and the twinkling stars above you.

The typical Mallorcan style is also reflected in the layout and furnishings inside the villa. Bright, white walls, open beam constructions under the ceilings and the traditional terracotta floors give the rooms a fresh and cosy look. All areas are open-plan and merge into one another. The living room merges with the dining room and the fireplace, which provides a view into the bright, wood-finished and fully equipped kitchen, visually connects the cooking area with the other elements. A bedroom with two separate beds and one of the bathrooms are also located on the same floor. Upstairs there are two further bathrooms and three bedrooms, two of which have double beds and one with two single beds. You can easily store your holiday clothes in the large wooden wardrobes, which are practically built into the walls. In addition, the brightly tiled bathrooms with shower or shower tray provide the necessary comfort. And of course, a typical Mallorcan villa should not be without a roof terrace; from up here you can enjoy a sensational panoramic view of the rural surroundings of the south, especially good for enjoying a delicious cold drink at sunset.

The less touristy rural town of Santa Maria del Cami is also largely authentic and quiet. Small alleyways lined with picturesque stone houses paint a dreamy picture that changes completely on market days. Every Sunday, when the market vendors set up their stalls with regional products and local artwork, locals and holidaymakers flock to the small town, as the market is one of the most beautiful on the island. In addition, you can quickly reach Mallorca's most famous wine-growing region via the country road near your villa: be sure to take a trip to the beautiful wine town of Binissalem (10.2 km) or, if you are drawn to the water, spend a day by the sea on the beautiful beaches of Passeig del Molinar (22.5 km), Ciudad Jardin (22.7 km), Platja de can Pere Antoni (22.8 km) or Es Penyo (24.7 km).
