If it gets too hot, the pool decorated with blue mosaic stones will cool you down and you can easily glide into the water via the Roman steps. The practical outdoor shower can also be used for a quick dip. On the veranda, you can sit in style either in the chic lounge or at the dining table, where breakfast is guaranteed to be delicious and you can also enjoy a culinary barbecue. On the balcony and roof terrace, you are even closer to the sky.
From the veranda, you can access the interior of the house through several floor-to-ceiling windows, which let in plenty of Mediterranean light. A large living/dining room impresses with its spaciousness and carefully and harmoniously coordinated furniture, which is effectively complemented by individual decorative pieces. The equally spacious kitchen is semi-open with a serving hatch and naturally has everything you need for complete self-catering. The comprehensive equipment even includes a wine fridge! There is also a cosy double bedroom and a bathroom on this living level. Two further bedrooms, one of which is perfect for children travelling with you, are located on the upper floor with access to the balcony and roof terrace, as well as a second bathroom. The beautiful Villa Casa Estela is situated on a well-kept plot of almost 800 m², not far from the harbour and the sea on the south coast of Mallorca. You live here on the outskirts of the village, in a cul-de-sac, and can reach several beautiful beaches, such as Platja de Sa Rapita or Racó de s'Arena, in no time at all. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance. The small town of Campos is approx. 15 minutes away by car. There you will find a bakery and other supermarkets.
Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 30. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be the case on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
